REPORT AN INCIDENT HERE
This is not a system to be used for emergencies. If a person is an immediate threat to themselves or someone else, call 911. If you are in an emergency that requires medical, psychological, or police services, call 911 or OC Police Department at (432) 335-6666.
Please provide us with the following information:
- Your name
- Your email
- Your phone number
- Date and time of the incident
- Location of the incident
- Who was involved (include student ID number if possible)
- Detailed description of what happened

Reports submitted online are reviewed within 24 hours. All reports are safeguarded to ensure the confidentiality of our students. If you have a student who has not been showing up for class, please attempt to reach out to the student prior to making a report. *This system is not designed to address emergencies. In case of an emergency, call 911.
