 Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan:

• Login to the Wrangler Portal
• Click the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.
• Click Financial Information
• Click TouchNet Payment Center (View Bills, Payment Plans, Make Payment)
• Click Student Login
• Enter OC Student ID Number
• Enter PIN (last four of your SSN)
• Click Login

Financial Aid Students:

Students receiving financial aid should ensure their award will be sufficient to cover the amount of their tuition.  Any student receiving partial aid or a scholarship award must pay the difference before the first day of class or take out a payment plan.  Financial aid question should be directed to the Financial Aid office or you may visit the Wrangler Express Center. 

*PLEASE NOTE*

Although Odessa College may remove a student from a course(s) due to non-payment, the student must make certain they are not enrolled if they no longer wish to attend.  If the student remains enrolled it will be the students' responsibility to cover tuition.  A hold will be placed on the account, preventing future enrollment.
